Cidermaker Notes:
Greeted by apple blossoms and honeydew melons, you are introduced to a solid core of apple flavors. Subtle hints of lemon peel, tangerine and stone fruits linger.
Clara’s Reserve
Cidermaker Notes:
Stately apple flavors stand in solidarity on equal footing with more mature and rounded flavors like ginger, almond, and butterscotch.
Dry
Cidermaker Notes:
Apple focused with a hint of baking spice. Notes of peach and apricot swirl around an almost Riesling-like nose. Tucked deeply in the back are hints of garden thyme and sun-baked hay.
